All orders are processed within 0 to 1 business days (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once processed, orders are shipped via our Free Shipping method and typically arrive within:

  • Transit Time: 2 to 7 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: 2 to 8 business days (processing + transit)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather conditions or high shipping demand.


Shipping Location

We currently only ship within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Send photos along with your order number to: info@verifiededison.com

Without photo evidence, we may not be able to offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
