If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, our return and refund process is designed to be simple, transparent, and hassle-free.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be unused and unworn
  • Must be in original condition
  • Must be returned in original packaging (including box, tags, and accessories)
  • Proof of purchase is required

 If you placed an incorrect order, the return shipping cost may be your responsibility.
We do not accept returns after the 30-day return window.

Return Method

All returns must be made by mail only.

We currently do not offer in-store returns.

Return Label

For eligible returns:

  • A prepaid return label may be provided
  • If the return is due to customer error or change of mind, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund

How to return:

  1. Repack the item securely in its original packaging
  2. Attach the return label
  3. Drop it off at the designated shipping carrier

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Eligible returns are processed without additional handling charges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Take clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

 Claims made after 7 days or without photo proof may not be accepted.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
